You can search on Pinterest, visit home stores and pick up samples, or tour through model homes to get an idea of what you like--and what you don’t. and Design Priorities

Budgets and priorities are unique to each homebuyer, but it’s a good idea to have a rough budget in mind before your appointment. Understanding what you can afford and what aspects of the design matter most to you will ensure our team focuses on your main priorities while still infusing your style throughout your new spaces. Many people use 20% of their home’s purchase price to determine the design studio budget, but you could allocate more or less-it’s all up to you.
